Decision promised for 10/5 never arrived; Kunal is now looping in his team and wants the ~12-14c/unit (tube + label) pricing confirmed before they commit.

Kunal repeated "Done!" and then sent an empty message on the Stickers thread; scope and deliverable still unclear and no quote request issued.

Paper cost and stock life acknowledged; the material fee sits with the end client with no response, and John still owes dye ingredients, undyed feasibility, the 84/26 delta, the 100% Natural claim and the 100k set-up fee/MOQ terms.

Client has been quoted the ~$100k paper-only set-up (cone + branding extra, one-year usable life) and we are waiting on their go/no-go; cone conversion and branding pricing, undyed 84/26 pricing/MOQs and dye-ingredient confirmation are still outstanding from Custom Cones.

Kunal marked something "Done!" on the Stickers [C6X9RT] thread; scope/deliverable unclear and no quote request issued yet.

Courtesy acknowledgement only this week — still blocked on GO2's tube color, artwork version and order quantity before pricing, with sample testing/QC outstanding.

Andrew is running the 3,000-pc rush through a new Sticker Mule account (andrew@mentumsupplyco.com, wholesale cert uploaded) with artwork C6X9RTB01_ART_v01.ai and a mandated color profile; reseller pricing, ~$0.15/pc quote, lead time and shipping to Showboat Resort Atlantic City are unanswered and Drive file access is only tentatively resolved via a new link.

Andrew is sourcing the same 6-SKU / 500-pcs-per-SKU 3" circle sticker job (3,000 pcs, needed Oct 17 Atlantic City) directly from Sticker Mule; our C6X9RTA03 vs C6X9RTA05 options are still unselected with the Oct 7 cutoff at hand.
